I have had the privilege of guiding hundreds of individuals towards a more fulfilling life. Together, we’ve embraced their goals, tackled their fears, and pursued their dreams with unwavering commitment. My clients have not only learned to say ‘yes’ to what truly matters but have also experienced satisfaction in their personal and professional lives.

I am a visionary and create a space in my coaching practice to help women create their own personal vision. It's my favourite thing to do.

Hopes are now commitments

All my adult life I have struggled with my weight. I've done everything, every fad, diet, program, plan... I've accepted that this is who I am, a 'big girl'. I have loathed my body, myself, my weakness.

I knew the theory of weight loss, calories in versus calories out, so why couldn't I just do it?

Four months ago an opportunity popped up in my news feed, to work with Prue. I went along full of hopes and wishes. By the time I finished the course the hopes were replaced by commitments, the wishes replaced by skills.

I am happier, healthier and well on my way to the weight loss goal I never dared dreamed of before.

I now have my head in the game and what was once impossible is now a choice and I have chosen me!!

I have control over my life

Working with Prue, I met the most incredible group of women. It showed me that I was not alone in my struggles to reach my goals. Over the course of the program, I learnt not only to gain control over what I was eating to reach my health goal but also to control my emotions.

For me, this program has been about so much more than weightloss goals and I decided to continue working with Prue to get to the root of my overeating.

I've since lost 15 kilograms and plan to keep working with Prue until I reach my goal of 25 kilograms lost... something I now know is completely possible.

This isn't a diet, it is a lifestyle and mindset change.
